Simply Coconuts started with a growing bump, a pot of coconut oil and absolutely no plans to start a baby skincare brand. Then Luca came along. What began as something I used on my own skin became something I wanted to use on his and, eventually, my second baby: Simply Coconuts.(Not an actual baby. That would be a terrible name.)
